He also endeavors to help couples and families learn how to change their perceptions and narratives, explore how to rekindle lost connections, and enhance how they communicate and manage conflict.

Philosophy of Treatment. Therapy is a collaborative process through which clients work with the provider to jointly decide what the underlying roots of their problems are and how to address them. This process consists of exploring how their problems are sustained by maladaptive patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving (AKA “symptoms”). Once the patterns have been outlined, they can identify and implement solutions designed to manage their symptoms sufficiently to uncover, process, and resolve their underlying contributors. This will enable clients to acquire the awareness and motivation they need to interrupt and replace their maladaptive patterns with ones that are far more conducive to long-term happiness, health, and well-being. Throughout this journey, he will endeavor to empower clients to not only access and expand their internal strengths and resources but also develop the fortitude through which they can successfully navigate their personal challenges and interpersonal conflicts more effectively.

Why Seek Therapy? He believes that individuals, couples, and families can learn how to experience peace, unburdening, hope, connection, and joy by participating in supportive therapy services. actively seek to implement solutions to interrupt and replace repetitive patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that result in emotional distress and impairment in social, occupational, academic, and other important domains of life.

Spirituality. He is a devout Christian and actively involved in his religion. He does not shy away from incorporating spirituality into his therapeutic practices, as he knows that spirituality is not only an empowering resource but also a necessary component of healing from trauma and addictions. However, despite this knowledge, he holds firm boundaries to prevent his personal beliefs from influencing his work. Whether clients seek a spiritual or secular approach, he will honor and respect their wishes without imposition.

Personhood. Issac has been married to his wonderful wife for seven years, and they have two incredible sons. His wife and sons motivate, inspire, encourage, and support him in his lifelong pursuit of becoming a competent and humble mental health provider. In his spare time, he enjoys connecting with his family by spending quality time with them and engaging in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities with them. In terms of self-care, he loves watching anime, playing board, card, and video games, listening to podcasts and music, playing guitar, exercising and weightlifting, and hiking, fishing, and exploring, and engaging in mindfulness and grounding practices.
