Your First Visit

Your initial appointment is a time for us to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. During this 60-minute session, we'll discuss your goals, concerns, and develop a preliminary treatment plan together.


Ongoing Sessions

Most therapy sessions are 53-60 minutes long and scheduled weekly for an expected period of 3 months. We believe in a collaborative approach where you're an active participant in your healing journey.

Your privacy is paramount. All sessions are completely confidential, with information only shared with your written consent or as required by law for safety purposes.

  • How long does therapy typically last?

    This varies greatly depending on individual needs and goals. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (about 12 sessions), while others engage in longer-term work.

  • Do you prescribe medication?

    Our therapists and counselors do not prescribe medication, but we work closely with psychiatrists and primary care physicians when medication evaluation is needed.

  • What if I need to cancel an appointment?

    We ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
